thanks to the sponsorship of Udo's Oil, we've all been "oiling the machine" for the past few months. I love Udo's Oil and have personally seen an incredible turn around in a nagging problem I've had for over a year with a tight IT Band - no longer bothering me since I've consistently been using Udo's 3-6-9 Blend. Check it out for yourself at http://www.udoerasmus.com/ or http://www.florahealth.com/
So what has Udo's Oil done for you? Have you tried it yet? This skeptic is a believer and a very vocal evangelist for what it has done for me.
All six members of the team were together today - and these happy faces are celebrating a wet but great River Bank Run last week (we all finished between 2:06 and 2:15) and a great 6.75 mile run this morning. Some have already started the 2 a day or 3 a day runs prepping for the big race which is only three weeks away. Look for individual stories from each team member in the coming days...

Udo's oil is what keeps me on the road! As I reach a monumental B-day this year I am continually amazed at what my body can endure, and recover! The training for the MC-200 has been the biggest under taking in my running experience. In the last 2 months I have been increasing my raw food intake, & my Udo's oil intake. I now average aprox. 2 ounces a day, & the increased oil has also helped me get to my weight goal for the event (-7 lbs.):)
My wife and I were introduced to Udo's Oil when we lived in Kentucky nearly 10 years ago. At that time, I was afraid to touch the stuff...though I did hear plenty of testimonies of success. During the training of this 200 mile relay, I had to get over my anxiety of drinking oil. Man am I glad I did! I feel so much stronger through taking it. My joints have stopped hurting and my muscles feel stronger. In short...I have oiled my machine and am very happy I did!
I dont know exactly what the oi has done for me but what I can tell you is what I can do now that I have been taking the oil for some time. I can get up the morning after a run and feel no pain in my back and legs, one year after major back surgery I'd say that is pretty good. I now weigh 210lbs. down from 255+(I stopped keeping track). Udos oil isn't magic for me, it's a much needed lifestyle change.
Hey, I have been doing green smoothies too..... Can i get in on the Udo's bandwagon?
I am in training for the Indianapolis marathon on Oct. 17th. I'll be another Uno's guinea pig! Just leave a bottle in locker #13 Howard :)
